How it all began...

Satish Patel already owned the Merger and Acquisition franchise with world’s largest business brokerage chain Sunbelt Network since early 2000s. As a true businessman by nature with a knack to visualize the industry trends, he could foresee the strengths of Outsourcing when it was not even known to the masses.

He wanted to serve his mother country by generating jobs and revenues without compromising on work delivery standards. He set up Sunbelt at Gujarat’s financial capital, Ahmedabad, as he had strong faith in the accounting and financial acumen of its people. Initially he thought of entering into partnership with existing outsourcing firms in India, however he decided to start his own independent unit providing all the services under one umbrella. He had a clear objective of not being run-of-the-mill outsourcing unit that purely leverages on cost advantage, nor was he willing to compromise on quality front. He sought for a position that balanced cost advantage to an extent and at the same time deliver quality services within sharp deadlines.

That marked the beginning for Sunbelt in May 2005.

The initial focus was on Bookkeeping, Accounting and Tax services. In order to assist the regular functions, SBS hired IT & Marketing professionals who worked on internal projects for software and website development, marketing, data entry and virtual assistance. Sooner, the teams grew strong enough to carve a mark- able contribution for every project. Our existing clients were impressed to an extent that they started off-shoring their IT, Marketing and Operational jobs, besides the regular ones.

Since then till now, SBS has grown to serve each of its clients with multiple range of service from accounting to IT and marketing that marks their strong confidence with our job delivery. We also have a very high client retention rate since inception that further boosts the fact of client’s have faith in us.

With a steep rise of external projects Ahmedabad office, turned into a profit centre rather than just back office centre.

Our unique service delivery process and strong human resource base made us realize that we were not just one amongst the thousands of outsourcing companies in India, but a true solution provider that range from simple services of data entry and bookkeeping to complex services of accounting, taxation, IT and Marketing. This transformation has enthralled us to rechristen ourselves from "Sunbelt Outsourcing" to "Sunbelt Business Solutions". Our new avatar has been formalized in March 2008. We are fully geared and looking forward to a great bright future ahead.
