Training is a constant mode of Life @ SBS. The work environment encourages learning and exploring new things. Also, the working culture is not rigidly dependent on any hierarchical structure besides we abide an open door policy. Infrastructure & Security ::..
We have a 2000 square feet state-of-the-art facility at Ahmedabad, Gujarat and are located near C.G. Road, the business curve at the centerpoint of Ahmedabad city. We have appropriate physical and IT resources to support our operational functions.
Also in order to maintain data security, we have defined a set of processes where data can be accessed by registered user/s only. We are aware of security and confidentiality concerns for US clients and thereby have stringent processes to ensure that it’s abided.
The overall highlights are:
- Secure server protected by internal firewall
- 5 high end servers that guarantee nonstop business process continuity
- A 1 Mbps (1:4) leased internet line with 99.95% uptime guarantee
- Excellent high performance cabling and Linksys switches along with Cisco 24 port manageable switches. Cisco manageable port allows VLANS wherein user of one port is restricted access to another port and vice versa. This ensures data security and confidentiality

Our average employee age is 27 and consists of professionals like CAs, IT Engineers, MBAs, Designers, etc. We strongly advocate work-life balance and do not miss to celebrate on birthdays and major Indian festivals. On regular days too, employees do have freedom to enjoy brief breaks or listen to music and unwind their work stress. Also, as we work from Monday to Friday only, we leave sufficient time on weekends that can be enjoyed with families.
