Based in USA since the last two decades, Satish Patel has a degree in International Management from MS University in Baroda, India and a degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.

Satish has over twenty years of diversified experience with building, acquiring and selling businesses. He currently resides in the Boston area and owns several small businesses throughout New England Territory. Prior to setting up Sunbelt, Satish was instrumental in the expansion of international operations of a software company, as well as engineering many merger and acquisition transactions.

Satish began his career as a CPA conducting audits for small and medium sized firms, advising business owners on financial and accounting issues, buying and selling decisions as well as business valuations. He was later certified as a Financial Planner and joined a software start-up as the Chief Financial Officer. In that capacity he directed all the operational activities of the firm including human resources, information technology, international operations and tax planning. He established the firm’s presence in overseas markets such as Japan, Germany, China and India. Satish and his partners grew the firm to over $ 10 million in sales before selling it to a publicly traded company. He stayed on as Vice President of International operations and managed the firm’s subsidiaries overseas. He engineered several merger and acquisition deals and also built a chain of 12 retail stores which were later acquired by another publicly traded US company. He participated in raising venture capital and angel financing.

Kirit Patel has a Ph.D., MS and BE degree from Manchester University, England along with having an MBA degree from elite London School of Business.

Dr. Patel, based in USA, brings years of business and technical expertise of founding multiple companies in the business and technology arena.

Dr. Patel was founder and CEO of Smart Storage Inc, a software company, now part of EMC that specializes in providing archiving software solutions to enterprises. Prior to that, Dr. Patel was the founder and CEO of Gutenberg Systems, a company that provided device software to large OEM manufacturers such as JVC and Sony. Dr. Patel also worked as the vice president and general manager for Lotus Development Corporation's Publishing division that delivered financial and business information databases. Earlier, he was co-founder of Datext; the first commercial publisher of information on CD-ROM. Dr. Patel was a partner and vice president of Technology Consulting at CSP International, a company acquired by Booz, Allen and Hamilton. Dr. Patel was international marketing manager for small systems at ICL- Europe, now the computer division of Fujitsu.

Pankaj Patel holds a Chartered Accountant degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is currently based in USA.

He has been practicing for more than 25 years, which gives him an edge over others when it comes to managing accounts and finance of any company effectively.

He began his career as a practicing chartered accountant in 1978. In his early days of career, Pankaj was offered partnership in one of the most reputed audit firm named, M. B. Patel & Company, in Mumbai. He has conducted audits for small to medium to large sized firms, advising them on various aspects of audits such as concurrent audit, due diligence audit, financial audit and tax audit. During the same time, he helped many firms in making budget and strategic planning as well as assisted many organizations in marketing finance and control. He is highly experienced with matters concerning direct as well as indirect taxes. He has provided his expert services to many companies to help them in takeover projects and has also provided services in the areas of mergers & acquisitions.

Fenil Shah holds a Chartered Accountant degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University.

Fenil is a young, dynamic and professional individual, who brings operational and domain expertise to the organisation. He has worked for small and mid sized outsourcing companies, which gave him rich experience to professionally handle the operational side of this branch smoothly and efficiently.

He started his career at an early age of 22, working as Accounts Manager for a well known and reputed construction company in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Later on, he joined a UK based business process outsourcing company in Gandhinagar, as Accounts Manager, where he looked after the company’s UK accounts and taxation department. Within a year of joining Sunbelt, he became an integral part of the company and was involved in managerial decision making. He joined as Accounts and Finance Manager, for handling US clients and within no time got promoted to take charge of Ahmedabad office.
