It provides agency portal and interface products which makes it easy for agents to transact business; enhance the underwriting process and extend the life of a carrier's existing policy administration systems. The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Boston, MA.
Situation Analysis ::..The client wanted real time access to its accounting and financial data and also an analysis report which summarized all the information for a particular month along with comparison of current month figures with year to date figures and providing reasons for major variations, if any.
SBS Solution ::.. In conjunction with client, we devised an accounting system and a process to capture and process accounting transactions on a timely basis for the company. The client now faxes his bills, check register and bank statements etc on daily basis with the data being in his financial statements within 24 hours of receipt by SBS. Our professionals also track documents like missing bank statements, utility bills etc required to ensure that regular monthly financial statements can be produced in a timely manner, informing the client when such documents have not been received. Expenses were also categorized according to category and a system was devised to help calculate bonuses for each employee based on financial performance. The client scans his bills, bank statements, credit card statements etc and sends the information to SBS by email. After our professionals have input the transactions and reconciled his statements, the client uses our hosted software system to print checks for vendors.
